and here we go…

as I sit here thinking back on the past year, I think this website is rather symbolic of 2025. Too be honest, this year was hard. If you’ve read my substack and followed me on that brief journey, you’re familiar with some of the struggles. I look back and see I didn’t do much with reeshh.crafts.alot. I’ve somehow lost that spark to create. I was uninspired and focused on other goals.

Previously, I had a very complicated website that honestly didn’t do much for my business. I let that expire in the beginning of the year and haven’t looked back since. The other night I was hanging around some people and someone approached mentioning “is there a page I can just see everything you can make?” Her thought stuck with me. I toyed with creating a website, but pure laziness and the failure of the last site held me back.

So here we are, trying again to make another site and hoping I keep up with this one lol. I lost my previous domain (damn you bots!), so we really are starting fresh. I’m hoping it’ll motivate me to create more content and maybe eventually have a following enough to make it into a shop. At the very least maybe it’ll just be a better blog.
